Avakov thinks that the demolished Lenin in Kharkov “will amuse everyone”
Kyiv, September 30 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – The police simply could not stop the supporters of the demolition of the Lenin monument in the center of Kharkov, just as in the 90s no one could stop the dismantling of the Dzerzhinsky monument in Moscow.
This was stated by the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov, explaining the illegal inaction of his subordinates - law enforcement officers in Kharkov.

“And here, too, no one could stop anyone. And on this day, monuments fell not only in Kharkov - and nearby, in smaller towns. You know, let there be no monument there. Let there be a beautiful fountain there. And this will amuse everyone,” the official said.
