“I don’t know what former Russian citizen Zimin, aka Yegor Sobolev, is trying to achieve. Or Mr. Semenchenko, who by the will of fate ended up in parliament, a professional swindler, a man who hid in the Russian Federation from a criminal offense for about six years.
