This was stated by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reports on Facebook.
“The information from the Russian media about the international search for a number of Ukrainian citizens, including MP Vladimir Parasyuk, does not correspond to reality,” Avakov said.
Let us recall that it was previously reported that four Ukrainians were arrested in absentia in the Russian Federation for an attack on diplomatic institutions in Kyiv and Lvov. Among them is People's Deputy Vladimir Parasyuk.
“The indicated persons were put on the international wanted list, and at the request of the investigation, the court chose a preventive measure in absentia in the form of detention,” the Investigative Committee of Russia reported.
In particular, Parasyuk is accused of attacking the Russian Consulate General in Lvov in March 2016 and desecrating the Russian flag.
