Avakov presented his strategy for Donbass to the Americans
Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov presented to the American delegation of the Atlantic Council the strategy of the so-called “de-occupation” of Donbass “Mechanism of small steps,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine reported this on Facebook.
“The introduction of a new strategy is preceded by a preparatory stage - the formation of the necessary legal framework, the introduction of a communication strategy, the determination of the status of the Special International Peacekeeping Mission, the creation of monitoring programs, advisory and resource assistance,” the message says.
Previously, the Ministry of Internal Affairs stated that the “de-occupation of Donbass” should begin with a police peacekeeping operation in the region.
