“Just now, at the board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with the participation of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and the Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk, the Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov announced the dismissal of the head of the Desnyansky regional police department of the city of Kiev Kuryata and two high-ranking police officers of the Obolonsky regional police department for poorly organized interaction with employees of the new patrol guard service.
The Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs stated that everyone who interferes and does not support the reforms of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the creation of the National Police will be dismissed from the ranks of the police.”, – wrote Gerashchenko.
Let us note that the law on the national police has not entered into force, but this, in fact, illegal armed formation is already operating in a number of large cities in Ukraine. And in Odessa it was announced that the police there would receive salaries from the United States.
The scandal was also caused by the revelation that in the ranks of the new “national police” there were many previously convicted persons.
