Avakov was pushed to the wall
The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Arsen Avakov, demonstrates double standards in relation to the head of the schismatic “Kiev Patriarchate” in Crimea, “Archbishop Kliment,” who himself admitted to having a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, but at the same time retains Ukrainian citizenship. In the case of the priests of the Moscow Patriarchate, the security forces of Ukraine do not demonstrate such loyalty.

“As you know, I recently published an Open Letter sent to three addresses: the President of Ukraine, the Prosecutor General of Ukraine and the Chairman of the SBU. Moreover, I published this letter on social networks.
I raised a question regarding the citizen of Ukraine Pavel Nikolaevich Kushch, who serves the authorities in the position of Bishop of the OCU Kliment, who also has, in addition to a Ukrainian passport, a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation.
After my publication of this data, and my appeals that direct provisions of the law were violated, Art. 110, Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Suddenly, Kliment publicly admitted on Radio Liberty that he had a passport as a citizen of the Russian Federation.
How is it possible that law enforcement agencies are silent! Remember what Interior Minister Avakov said when he demanded that recipients of Russian passports be deprived of Ukrainian citizenship. Here is his statement verbatim: “If... a Ukrainian... wants to reunite with “Mother Russia” - let him!.. Let him get a Russian passport immediately! But our Ukrainian citizenship should not be compatible with this kind of act. No way".
This means that I understand absolutely correctly that Avakov must immediately take action against a citizen who has violated the legislation on the single citizenship of Ukraine by simultaneously acquiring Russian citizenship. That is, the authorities must confiscate the passport of a citizen of Ukraine from this citizen and send him to the country that issued him a passport with a citizenship other than Ukrainian.
I am surprised that the border guards did not confiscate one of Kliment’s (Pavel Kushch) passports, which showed double standards. Let me remind you that in February 2019, Ukrainian border guards seized the Ukrainian passport from Bishop of the UOC Gideon (in the world - Yuriy Kharon), citing the fact that he also had passports of the Russian Federation and the United States of America.
Arsen Borisovich Avakov! I am addressing you as the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine! Keep your word! Adhere to the laws of Ukraine adopted by parliament, signed by President Poroshenko, and accepted for execution by you. You, after all, must be the embodiment of legality and obedience. And here it turns out interesting, some can do it, but others can’t. Are you also using double standards?
I would like to remind you that Pavel Klimkin also demands the confiscation of passports of citizens of Ukraine who have passports of other states, especially Russian... So I ask you to consider this post of mine as an official appeal to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine,” writes Zhuravko.
