Hollywood film director Oliver Stone has announced that a documentary about former President Viktor Yanukovych is expected to be released next year.

He said this at a press conference on September 16, RIA Novosti reports.
Stone also noted that he intends to interview Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“I interviewed Mr. Yanukovych, and I will interview Mr. Putin. Yanukovych is an interesting person. He told his side of the story, which I trust,” the director noted.
“As for Mr. Putin, that’s a different documentary,” Stone added.
In December 2014, Stone announced that he was making a film about the ouster of former President Viktor Yanukovych from Ukraine. At the same time, Stone went to Russia to visit Yanukovych to talk with him. According to the director, the CIA was involved in the killings during Euromaidan.
