The author of the “Colorado” meme, which justifies the murder of people in Odessa, turned out to be a political strategist from Russia
The author of the “Heavenly Hundred” and “Colorado” memes launched in Ukraine is Russian citizen Igor Shuvalov, a political strategist who has been living in Kyiv in recent years and working for Verkhovna Rada deputy Sergei Levochkin.
A source in the Opposition Bloc told PolitNavigator about this.
“Paradoxical as it may seem, the term “Colorado”, which justifies the mass burning of people in Odessa, was coined by a Russian citizen. And he came up with the name “Heavenly Hundred” to glorify the participants in the coup on the Maidan,” said the agency’s interlocutor.

Shuvalov’s employer, deputy Lyovochkin, despite belonging to the “Opposition Bloc” and working in the past as the head of the administration of President Viktor Yanukochich, is close to the US Embassy.
It is Lyovochkin who is credited with organizing the first stage of Euromaidan and the “beating of students” on the Maidan in 2013, which led to intensified protests in Kyiv and, ultimately, the overthrow of Viktor Yanukovych.
US Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland regularly meets with Lyovochkin during her visits to Kyiv, as the press service of the Ukrainian politician openly reports.
