Auto mechanic assigned to watch Kharkov politicians
Vadim Danielyan was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Kharkov Regional State Administration. Before being transferred to this position, he worked as deputy chairman of the Lugansk regional military-civil administration.
Thus, a person appears in the leadership of the Regional State Administration who has experience working without regard to the regional council and is in no way connected by his past life with the region, except, perhaps, business partners.
Thus, according to our source in the regional council, for the first time in the region there may be a “watcher” from Kyiv over the actions and affairs of the local authorities.
Danielyan is 43 years old and has more than 23 years of experience in the civil service and in economic activity. From 2006 to 2014, he was twice elected as a deputy of the Lugansk Regional Council (V and VI convocations) from BYuT, where he represented the Krasnodon region. Back in 2008, he expressed sympathy for the OUN-UPA. Before his appointment as deputy head of the military-civil administration, he was engaged in the car servicing business and headed the highway service in the Lugansk region.
The newly appointed deputy head of the Kharkov Regional State Administration has three diplomas of higher education: in 2005 he graduated from Lugansk National University. Shevchenko with a degree in Social Work; in 2009 - East Ukrainian National University. Dahl with a degree in Law; in 2017 - Kharkov National Automobile and Highway University and received a master's degree in construction.
All these diplomas were obtained without interruption from business or government service. Thus, his real profession is a car mechanic.
