“Ukraine is a country that could become Germany’s most serious competitor within 20 years. Now it seems fantastic. We had enormous potential, raw materials and mineral resources, which are the basis for this. We had a highly developed scientific and technical base and were able to train specialists. The combination of these factors with smart policies, but not immediately, not in a year, can make Ukraine competitive with Germany,” Azarov said.
