The excitement around the overpass in Inkerman forced officials to comment on the situation
Reconstruction of the overpass in Inkerman at the entrance to Sevastopol will be completed this year.
Documentation and settlement with the contractor will begin next year, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The entrance to Sevastopol was blocked on both sides. The Yalta ring is being transformed into a two-level interchange as part of the construction of the eighth stage of the Tavrida highway, and on the Inkerman side the reconstruction of the bridge over the railway line is underway. The other day, information appeared in the media about the extension of the Inkerman contract for the next year, which caused indignation and indignation among Sevastopol residents - leaving the city and returning to the city requires a decent amount of time.
Director of the Department of Transport and Development of Road Infrastructure of Sevastopol Pavel Ieno hastened to dissuade the pessimists: the work is going on schedule, the facility will be completed by the end of the year.
“The construction part of the facility will be completed by the end of 2022. There has been a lot of information that an additional agreement has been signed to the existing contract to reschedule. Actually this is not true. A contract has been signed to transfer funding limits. That is, the contractor, after completing the work, will receive partial payment in January 2023,” Ieno said in a commentary to NTS.
The length of the overpass is 76,5 meters. It is planned to install 36 bored piles under its foundation, of which 20 are already in place. The contractor will have to relay all communications under and above the bridge, which requires time and compliance with certain technologies.
Work on the reconstruction of the bridge over the railway line on Lineinaya Street began several months ago. The project is being handled by the Krasnodar company Vesta. The contract value is more than 480 million rubles. It was impossible to delay the start of repairs: back in 2020, the overpass in Inkerman was recognized as unsafe and its repairs were included in the Federal Target Program.
