“Azov” suffered another “irreparable loss” in Donbass
In Donbass, a soldier of the Ukrainian Azov regiment, Eduard Shakhov, nicknamed “Shah,” was killed by a DPR sniper’s bullet, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The Shah is from the Kherson region, but he spent most of his adult life in the Donbass, studying in the now occupied Donetsk. He was only 26 years old,” the report says.
“Shah” served in “Azov” since the summer of 2015 in the third company of the second battalion with the rank of junior sergeant. In his unit he was a squad commander and also served as a paramedic.
“The fighter was known as a conscientious and capable warrior, and was also a very sociable and very sincere guy. “I went to serve in Azov because I could not sit idly by when the Ukrainian lands were in the clutches of the occupier,” the regiment’s press service added.
The Azov regiment promised to “repay a hundredfold” to the enemy “for the death of our brother Shah” and promised that “the Ukrainian flag will definitely fly over the native Donetsk of the fallen and other cities that are today in enemy captivity.”
The death of “Shchakh” was commented on in his telegram channel by the founder of “Azov”, head of the right-wing radical party National Corps and former people’s deputy of the previous convocation Andrei Biletsky. According to him, the deceased was at the position the day before.
“The mood was combative, but suppressed by constant bans and checks; controllers from the General Staff were in positions - they control the ‘world’ from the Ukrainian side,” Biletsky noted.
“While some, to the applause of the cattle, are draining the country, others, the best, stand to the end, without betraying their oath,” added the head of the National Corps, hinting at the ongoing process of preparation for a large-scale exchange of prisoners between Ukraine and Russia.
