“Azov”: Poroshenko entered into secret agreements with Putin
There are secret agreements between the Ukrainian authorities, Russia, the DPR and the LPR, signed in Minsk in February last year. People's Deputy and founder of the Azov regiment Andrei Biletsky said this on Hromadske TV.

According to him, these agreements are secret, but their meaning is becoming increasingly clear.
“Another situation is the non-public part of the Minsk agreements. I think that every person who analyzes the events already understands that there is such an informal part of the agreements. It consists, for example, in the withdrawal of all volunteer units from the front. And, unfortunately, we are doing it. All volunteer units were withdrawn in two weeks,” Biletsky said.
He believes that the Ukrainian government is gradually destroying volunteer battalions, sending them far from the front line to dig trenches.
“It would have been possible last summer to create a new army, a completely new format, with strict discipline, the highest level of training on the basis of volunteers. But this did not happen - we are again returning to that degraded system that showed its real effectiveness during this campaign - to a fragment of the Soviet army in the form of serfs. Now the most combat-ready units of the volunteers are being destroyed, we are taking them out to who knows where - behind the second, third line of defense. They are given absolutely humiliating orders, they are put to digging trenches, trenches, and so on in the Zaporozhye, Kharkov, and so on regions,” Biletsky said.
