Babchenko was offered to surrender his Russian passport and wait for death
After the fake murder scandal, fugitive Russian journalist Arkady Babchenko turned from a popular blogger on Facebook in Svidomo circles into a potential sacred victim.
Adviser to the head of the Russian Guard, Alexander Khinshtein, announced this today on the Rossiya-1 TV channel.
“A year and a half ago, I predicted, unfortunately, that Ukraine and Western intelligence services do not need a living Voronenkov. I didn't want to be Cassandra, but that's how it turned out. Now I am worried about Babchenko’s life. If something happens to this citizen tomorrow, then the Ukrainian authorities, special propagandists, their voluntary assistants from among the Russian political elite and the Western establishment will begin to shout: then these executioners from the Lubyanka did not succeed, because the SBU carried out a brilliant operation, but they do not forgive . Today Babchenko is a potential sacred victim,” Khinshtein said.
He also believes that Babchenko should renounce Russian citizenship.
“I don’t understand why Babchenko won’t renounce Russian citizenship. There is an institution of stateless persons. Unfortunately, in our country there is no law according to which one can be forcibly deprived of citizenship. Babchenko, refuse!” – Khinshtein called.
