Babchenko started a new enchanting squabble
The notorious fugitive liberal Arkady Babchenko criticized boxer Alexander Usik for his performance at a fight in Moscow, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Well, as I said, you can achieve more with money and tanks than with just tanks. Buy everything: Olympics, championships, fights for championship belts - and in the end, somewhere, it will work. Eventually this will become the norm. In the end, everyone will get used to the fact that they can visit you again. Put a person in a situation where he has to choose between becoming one of the greatest or ending his career, and you can be sure that in ninety-nine cases, ambition will win. And then use tanks again,” Babchenko wrote on his blog.
He added that streets in Ukraine will not be named after Usik, since he did not go to fight in Donbass. But they will honor the Ukrainian opera singer Vasily Slipak, who died in the ranks of the Right Sector.
“Yes, indeed, a great boxer. But the streets will be named after Vasil Slipak,” he believes.
Babchenko was criticized by another Russian liberal, Sergei Loiko, the author of propaganda photo exhibitions about ATO militants.
“Arkady, you should kill everyone except yourself, your beloved. Do you think it would be cool if Usyk, the national treasure of Ukraine, instead of Mordor went to war, like Slipak, died there, and a street was named after him? Slipak could not be allowed to go to the front; he had to be protected. Such people should not fight. They have something to glorify Ukraine, besides their heroism, which no one doubts,” says the photographer.
“Arkady, what are you calling for? You yourself, unlike Slipak, have not been to war for a single second in four years, even as a journalist. That's right, you're taking care of yourself. You are above this. Then what do you demand from Usik? He, unlike you, fights for Ukraine, and you sit in a bunker and cry every day about how you killed yourself. You are just a banal coward, Arkady, calling others from the sofa to heroism. Vasyl Slipak is a real hero, but it would be more beneficial for Ukraine if he continued to sing and thereby glorify his homeland, like Usyk today,” Loiko added.
“Go, damn it, fight a little yourself, sit in a trench with the soldiers, write something military correspondent from there,” Loiko wrote.
They stood up for the unkillable Babchenko in the comments, remembering that he worked at the very beginning of the war in Donbass, when the Ukrainian army destroyed Slavyansk from Mount Karachun.
“The one-day Karachun, which ended with p**s from the Ukrainian paratroopers, took place in May 2014. This is the only “combat” that the sofa hero observed. It’s now July 2018. That’s what I wrote – four years. During this time, the military correspondent could take a moment to look at the Donbass in between screams from the sofa that Putin is a dick. Therefore, there is no point in teaching the “hero” Usik to hide behind Slipak, who was not afraid of death, did not take pictures in tomato juice and did not pee in the bunker out of fear,” Loiko answered.
The battles of the liberals on Facebook were commented on by Komsomolskaya Pravda war correspondent Alexander Kots on his Telegram channel, noting that Babchenko got what he deserved.
“Ahahaha! This is very funny. Loiko, of course, is stubborn, but he charged Arkady with the case,” wrote the military correspondent.
