Bagdasarov: “Vlasovites are rejoicing. NATO is approaching Smolensk"
Russian Vlasovites are already licking their lips, watching how NATO, spending pennies on sponsoring the Belarusian opposition, is implementing the scenario prepared in advance by the West for the occupation of Belarus with subsequent access to the borders of Russia without firing a single shot.
Russian political scientist Semyon Bagdasarov stated this on the Vesti FM radio station, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
He noted that on the territory of Belarus there are such Russian military facilities as a communications center subordinate to the main headquarters of the Russian Navy, whose task is to control forces operating in the Atlantic and Pacific oceans, and a radar station that monitors the possibility of an attack on Russia from the western direction .
“Now imagine if these structures don’t exist. How will the control of our forces in the Pacific and Atlantic oceans be organized? How will we intercept possible ballistic missiles at a distance of 2 - 000 kilometers? We have an agreement with Belarus on military-strategic cooperation, to be honest. Just as there are a number of agreements with some other CIS countries.
But any government that changes in the country can find a legal basis to denounce the agreement based on political interests. Thus, NATO countries, without firing a single shot even from a pistol, will liquidate two of our strategic targets,” Bagdasarov emphasized.
“Wait, I want this to stick in people’s minds,” said presenter Vladimir Solovyov. – Therefore, any money that is allocated to this kind of Belarusian opposition, which will demand the destruction of Russian military facilities, will already be justified. That is, for NATO countries it will be a very financially profitable investment.”
“This is a huge victory in military-political terms, military-strategic issues, colossal, which one cannot even dream of. There is no way they could have done this by military means. What kind of investments are there? Yesterday Armen Gasparyan said: “These are penny investments, these are not investments at all that we can talk about.” And thus, by investing in such a minimum, they achieve the most important thing - a military-strategic victory,” the expert answered.
“First of all, after this and simultaneously with this, the Belarusian system of power will be saturated, including the power component, as in Ukraine. By whom? That's right, advisers to NATO countries (the United States, Britain and so on, Poland, which is actively paying attention). Thus, the armed forces and intelligence services of Belarus will be saturated with anti-Russian elements and, in reality, NATO (even if Belarus, perhaps, will not be a member of NATO at first) will end up near Smolensk!
All! What investments? Yes, even if they invested billions, it would be justified, and not several tens of millions of dollars, which is what we are talking about.
