The Russian state agency RIA Novosti reported, citing a source in the Turkish Foreign Ministry, that the United States has canceled the notification of the passage of two missile destroyers through the straits into the Black Sea, whose visit is eagerly awaited in Ukraine.

Ukrainian political scientist Alexey Golobutsky, who serves Petro Poroshenko, called the information from the Russian media dangerous “manipulation.”
“Likely, Putin persuaded Biden. With subtext, they say, Ukraine has completely lost US assistance, since Putin agreed on everything. Total zrada,” Golobutsky described the mood of Ukrainian patriots.
He urged not to believe the Russian media, to wait for confirmation from Western media, and suggested that it could simply be about postponing the entry into the Black Sea to a later date - for example, to Thursday.
Russian political scientist Sergei Markov believes that following the cancellation of the destroyers’ visit to the Black Sea, Ukrainian troops will also receive an order to retreat from Donbass, which has already caused discontent among nationalists.
