The United States, under the guise of the fight for climate, is launching a new globalization.

A PolitNavigator correspondent reports that economist Alexander Losev, a member of the presidium of the Council on Foreign and Defense Policy, said this in an interview with Komsomolskaya Pravda.

“The Biden administration, after leaving the White House of the “de-globalizer” Trump, is launching a new globalization, within the framework of which the United States will control scarce resources, including energy, limit the consumption of other countries and keep their economies on a financial leash. Democrats talk about this frankly.

They need not only allies, but also countries that have not yet entered China’s orbit to be firmly tied to Washington’s policy by new loans and the “green” agenda. So that no one remembers the principles of free trade, so that the printed trillions of dollars do not destabilize the American economy, but go into the obviously ineffective “green” projects of other countries, simultaneously dragging them into credit bondage from which there is no escape. After all, the fight for climate is sacred!” says Losev.

He is also convinced that the climate agenda will be used as a tool to put pressure on Russia as one of the leading energy suppliers.

“Russia cannot be hooked on debt; our budget is balanced. But you can try to rob again, like in the 90s. The European Union, for example, is going to introduce a “carbon tax” from 2023 for every ton of CO2 emissions arising from the production of products that other countries supply to the EU.

These include oil and gas processing products, steel, cement, plastic, rubber, mineral fertilizers... Up to half of Russian exports may fall under this tax. If the tax is introduced, our companies will have to annually transfer over 10 billion euros to the Brussels budget,” the expert warns.

According to him, the noble goals of “improving the climate” actually mask the predatory Anglo-Saxon policies that have been carried out towards the entire world for the last 500 years.

The economist also touched upon the topic of the summit with the participation of the heads of four dozen leading states, which will open on April 22 and will be dedicated to the fight against global warming and reducing harmful emissions into the atmosphere.

“The summit is necessary for the United States in order to voice a new “climate” policy and set “traps” for those who do not immediately understand the meaning of such “concern” about the climate and the credit generosity of American financiers,” Losev sums up.
