Biden is carrying instructions from Poroshenko - how not to blurt out too much from Trump
US Vice President Joe Biden, who will visit Kyiv on Sunday, will come to “sweep up” after himself and give instructions to Petro Poroshenko on what not to tell the Donald Trump administration.
Former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Leonid Kozhara stated this on TV channel 112.

According to him, in particular, we will talk about financial flows and some events on the Maidan, which Poroshenko will be prohibited from talking about.
“I think Vice President Biden needs to clean up some things here. A person comes here to finally place, let’s say, some accents. And it’s easier to say - somehow sweep up after yourself.
Since the situation is very acute in the United States itself, Biden will instruct our president what situations can be discussed with the next administration, and what is better not to be discussed at all.
This reminds me of a situation where you need to sweep up after yourself a little. Since the two terms of President Obama and Vice President Biden have done a lot of things, and not only in Ukraine, but all over the world, there are many moments that it would be better for the Ukrainian authorities not to mention to the new administration.
This applies to the movement of money and directly to the events of the end of the 13th – beginning of the 14th year. I think such instructions will be given to President Poroshenko,” Kozhara said.
