“Of course, they want housing by the sea. Both Sevastopol residents and non-Sevastopol residents love the Gagarinsky district most of all. Ours are Antique, Park, Fadeeva... These are the most expensive prices per square meter as is.
Balaclava is also very expensive real estate and overvalued. There is a shortage of new buildings there, so the secondary market there is overvalued.
Balaklava residents, however, really want expensive things. But true Balaklava lovers allow themselves the luxury of buying Balaklava housing.
