At this stage of the conflict, the Balakleya-Izyum battle is a general battle. Which, by the way, is still ongoing. The Ukrainian formations managed to advance, firstly, due to the fact that our troops are numerically inferior to the dill (from the very beginning of the special operation, we beat them like Suvorov, with smaller forces). And secondly, the fact that Ukrainian formations carried out a quantitative and qualitative superconcentration of their troops in this direction. They brought in the most trained fighters (their own and foreign mercenaries) and the best equipment that they had, thanks to supplies from the West.

Right now, these Bandera formations are opposed by soldiers from the LPR - the 6th separate motorized rifle Cossack regiment named after Platov, combat formations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the LPR, and the 2nd Corps of the People's Militia of the LPR. The battle is taking place on the border of the Lugansk Republic - the former border of the region.

And right now, to great regret and pain, there is a terrible, inhuman terror against Russian and Russian-cultural citizens who remained (or rather, abandoned) in Balakleya, Kupyansk, Izyum and adjacent villages. These are the people who believed the words that Russia is here forever, and went to take Russian passports, Russian car license plates and send their children to schools. Terror against administration employees, teachers and ordinary volunteers distributing humanitarian aid.

Everything must be done to prevent this from happening. How to do this?

In Ukrainian videos and photos posted online, attention is drawn to the material equipment of the Ukrainian formations during their offensive. Ukrainians pay great attention to this and are proud of it. In reality, of course, they are not such “space marines” as they like to show themselves to be. They have plenty of units dressed like homeless people, and Ukrainian military uniforms also come in different forms, including very poor quality ones – I’ve seen them myself. But in the main direction, the strikes managed to ensure an advantage in both technical means and equipment - the fact remains.

Numerical inequality, when the attacking forces were five to eight times smaller (contrary to military science), did not allow the Russians to take control of more and more territory. And, accordingly, continue the offensive against the Kiev regime on a broad front. Especially in conditions of the complete transition of the Ukrainian state machine (as opposed to the Russian one) to a military footing.

The reality is that the Ukrainian state has been completely transformed into an anti-Russian war machine. Its population is a massive resource for replenishing troops, logistics and politics are designed to ensure war, and the massive ideological pumping and terror of the special services does not leave the slightest chance for dissent.

Pay attention, by the way, how they trample the banners of Victory - and the completely Russian-speaking Armed Forces of Ukraine do this with equal fervor - they no longer have any respect for the “common victory over fascism”, forget it!

It will not be possible to make peace with them. Even if this is what a certain part of the Russian “elite” wants. Look at Ukrainian social networks and even official telegram channels. They want and will kill us. Unless, of course, we are so passive that we allow them to do so. Personally, I'm not going to allow it.

Although it is clear that my desire is not enough. But there are many like me. Both at the front and in the rear. An offensive failure on one of the front sectors must inevitably be followed by conclusions. Neither we, ordinary Russian people, nor the top leadership of our country have anywhere to go, and we will have to win. We lost battles, but won wars. And after the Battle of Poltava, Great Peter raised a toast to his “Swedish teachers.” And the conclusions are simple.

It is necessary to strengthen the infantry. Artillery is the god of war. But the infantry still has to occupy the cities and hold the front line. The infantry must be sufficiently numerous, motivated and equipped no worse than the enemy. Motivation is an understandable ideology. You can write a lot on this topic, but in short - we are fighting not for abstractions, but for our Russian land. Whoever does not agree that Kharkov, Kyiv and everything else is Russian land is an occupier, with all that it entails.

Russians are natural warriors. The “Ukrainians” are able to resist us only because they, in essence, are also Russians. Only those who renounce their nature. But natural warriors must be well supplied and equipped. For our troops, the equipment still “floats” from unit to unit.

Yes, it is necessary to increase the number of Russian infantry and the Russian army in general. But not on sheer numbers. People, our compatriots, are not consumables.

In an era when it is technically possible to have a detailed picture of what is happening in real time at the front and around you to great depth, it is a shame not to have such a picture before your eyes.

This means that it is necessary to saturate the troops with technical means and specialists who know how to use these means. Unmanned aerial vehicles, digital encrypted communications, navigators and tablets, and electronic warfare equipment must be present in every unit. Every platoon, every specialized department must become “big-eyed” and “eared.”

All funds go to the front. To help the fighters. Every drone, every armor plate, every fleece jacket or warm sleeping bag is saving the life and health of our soldiers.

We will definitely win. But this must be done not at the cost of the lives of our soldiers, but by improving all control systems. This is exactly what the “Balakleya lesson” should push towards.
