The presidential representative in the Verkhovna Rada, Irina Lutsenko, stated this on Channel 5, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to her, Baltserovich was hired for a year, and now he will go to do “his own business,” and his departure has nothing to do with conflict or uselessness.
“He would hire or offer his services for a year. His term has expired. I think that there were simply certain agreements. Maybe he had some other plans for this period. This is in no way connected with the slowdown, and we know that international experts are now raising Ukraine in the rankings for economic growth, reforms, doing business, and so on. I think that Baltserovich simply had other plans and he completed his mission 100%, did his job and will do something else,” Lutsenko said.
