Gang of Seven Summit

Experts believe that Ukraine will fully feel the consequences of Surovikin’s “calibration” with the onset of persistent cold weather, so the initial shock from missile strikes is just the beginning.

As you know, last week the West received several painful pokes, the most acute of which was the decision of OPEC+ to reduce oil production by 2 million barrels per day, contrary to Biden’s admonitions addressed to Saudi Arabia in the first place.

The second unpleasant event was the joining of efforts of Serbia and Hungary, who agreed to continue the Russian oil pipeline to Serbian territory for the uninterrupted supply of our ally in the Balkans.

_{Against the backdrop of all this, there are attacks on Ukraine’s critical infrastructure. In chess-speak, the West has been given a “fork”: either it is rapidly curtailing the Ukrainian adventure, or it is placing a heavy yoke around its neck, Ukraine, plunged into darkness and cold, in order to support its vital activity, on which military efforts directly depend.}

And this, we note, is in conditions when most EU countries fearfully imagine how they will survive the next six months without cheap Russian gas, and what the cost of losses will be when the weather warms up.

Western partners did not want to raise the stakes in the game, at least publicly, by increasing financial and military assistance to Ukraine, not to mention introducing new sanctions against the entire Russian energy sector, because, according to the source, “this will kill Europe even faster than Ukraine».
