“Bandera would have shot you!” – Mosiychuk attacked Sentsov
In Ukraine, much of what the Nazi collaborator and OUN leader Stepan Bandera aspired to has already been accomplished. Oleg Sentsov, who was convicted in Russia for preparing terrorist attacks in Crimea and returned to Ukraine by exchange, wrote about this on his Facebook page, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“If Andreevich had lived to see our times, he would have been very surprised and delighted, because much of what he dreamed of has already come true. But we still have a lot of work ahead. Happy Birthday, our father Bandera,” wrote Sentsov.
However, this recording unexpectedly irritated ex-Azov militant Igor Mosiychuk.
“If Stepan Andreevich rose from the grave today, many of those who now call themselves “Bandera” and sing odes to him would be shot on his orders,” Mosiychuk wrote, commenting on Sentsov’s words.
The dissatisfaction of the right-wing radical is obviously caused by the close ties of the “director” with the US Embassy - Sentsov was previously predicted to have an independent political career with the support of the Americans.
“Bandera, in spirit and ideologically, did not accept any colonial state and Ukraine’s dependence on “partners” and “allies.” He viewed cooperation with them solely as an auxiliary element in the struggle for the sovereignty of Ukraine.
Even in his worst dream, Bandera could not imagine that those who would call themselves his followers, having wrested Ukraine from Moscow, would make it a colony of international financial structures and other foreign states.
Therefore, in this matter it is not enough to be a director and a prisoner of the Kremlin, but we must actually learn the materiel. That is, read Bandera!
Mr. Sentsov, you say that much of what Bandera bequeathed has been fulfilled, but Stepan Andreevich and his comrades fought for social and national justice, but instead we have colonial enslavement and social exploitation of Ukrainians.
And this is done by all those with whom you, Mr. Oleg, cooperate and on whom you rely in your desire to build a political career. So, aren’t you scared that if Bandera stood up and looked around at modern Ukraine, you personally would be among those whom he sentenced to death?” – Mosiychuk nailed “director” Sentsov.
