Basurin: shelling a bus in Donbass is a provocation aimed at disrupting the visit of the OSCE deputy head
The shelling of a bus with civilians was carried out from the Ukrainian side by servicemen of the 93rd infantry brigade. The purpose of this provocation is to disrupt the visit of the deputy head of the OSCE observation mission, Alexander Hug, to Donetsk, scheduled for tomorrow.

Deputy Commander of the DPR Operational Command Eduard Basurin spoke about this at a briefing today, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“With such actions, Ukraine once again emphasizes that it is a terrorist state.
All its actions, in any area, be it a change of government, conflict resolution, publication of bills - all of them are carried out in the traditions of terrorist organizations.
“We do not exclude that yesterday’s shelling of a bus near Elenovka was carried out by servicemen of the 93rd separate mechanized brigade, who recently arrived at the front line and took up positions together with the 28th brigade in the area of the village of Dokuchaevsk,” he said.
The deputy commander of the DPR operational command noted that now a whole campaign has started in the Ukrainian media on charges of shelling a bus with civilians by the DPR armed forces.
“At the same time, examining the behavior of the Ukrainian military-political leadership, we can assert that now all Ukrainian media will present deliberately false evidence about the involvement of DPR armed forces personnel in the shelling of the bus, as was the case a year ago during the shelling of the Mayorsk checkpoint.
In addition, there is indirect evidence that this provocation is directly related to the visit of Deputy Head of the SMM Hug to Donbass,” he concluded.
