The level of theft and corruption in the Armed Forces of Ukraine has reached unprecedented levels. Ukrainian officers, in order to receive orders, descend into petty “criminal squabbles” among themselves, and are ready to commit any crime, including murder, in order to conceal the facts of theft of military property.

Deputy Commander of the DPR Operational Command Eduard Basurin stated this at a briefing today, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Our intelligence continues to record corruption and theft in formations and units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Thus, according to information from the headquarters of the 28th brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which is located in the village of Volnovakha, measures to withdraw the brigade from the ATO zone are planned to begin in the near future. For these purposes, brigade commander Zubrovsky has already set the task for his battalion commanders to write off part of the rear property in order to make a profit. In addition, information was received about Zubrovsky’s intention to lobby for the awarding of the highest state awards to a number of brigade officers. Funds for the purchase of orders and medals have already been allocated from proceeds from the arms and drug trade.

By agreement with the leadership at the ATO headquarters, the awarding will take place after the rotation of the brigade. It is already known that the war criminal - commander of the 1st Mechanized Battalion Krupko Yu.Yu., as the most “combat officer”, bought himself the “Order of Bohdan Khmelnitsky”, and his subordinates will receive simpler medals,” said Basurin.

In addition, intelligence of the DPR Armed Forces received information that not everyone in this brigade agrees with the distribution of state awards according to the criterion “whoever stole the most gets a higher reward.”

“Some commanders and battalion commanders believe that for their real merits they can receive an award higher than the Defender of the Fatherland medal.” In this regard, a conflict is brewing in the brigade. In particular, the commander of the 28th brigade O.V. Zubovsky. trying to prevent the passage of documents on awarding the chief of staff of the brigade A.N. Oleinik. and the commander of the 3rd battalion Kutishchev S.V. These individuals, in turn, are ready to deal with their brigade commander.”

Thus, the current army of Ukraine is nothing more than the epicenter of theft and crime. Due to the fact that every serviceman wants to earn much more and faster, everything slides into ordinary criminality associated with theft, fraud and corruption.

“Commanders can force soldiers to go into battle only after promising fabulous bonuses or the possibility of looting and plundering occupied territories, as is now happening in Gladosovo and Metalist (Travnevoy),” Basurin said.
