Basurin reported new victims of Ukrainian shelling and mines in Donetsk
As a result of mortar shelling from Ukrainian positions in the Petrovsky district of Donetsk, local residents - spouses Alexander and Svetlana Butenko, as well as Konstantin Korolchuk - suffered from explosions of 82-mm mines. And as a result of an explosion on an explosive device installed by Ukrainian security forces in places used by the civilian population to approach water bodies, another local resident, Andrei Osadchiy, was injured.

This was announced by the representative of the DPR Ministry of Defense Eduard Basurin at a briefing in Donetsk.
Basurin described these facts as “outright terror against the civilian population of Donbass.”
According to him, despite the arrival of the head of the OSCE SMM in Ukraine, Erturul Apakan, in the conflict zone to investigate the deaths of OSCE members, and the upcoming meeting of the contact group in Minsk, the Ukrainian side has not only increased shelling of DPR positions, but is also deliberately shelling civilians.
“All this says one thing - Ukraine is not interested in a peaceful solution to this protracted conflict, but at the same time blames us for it,” summed up Eduard Basurin.
“It is difficult to predict the development of events in Donbass if the world community does not finally pay attention to the new developing terrorist state - “Ukraine”, in the ranks of whose law enforcement agencies there are, openly, open nationalists trained by professionals from Western countries,” he added.
