“Now the leader of the world proletariat no longer stands in the city of Shchastya,” wrote members of the “Ukrainian Lugansk” group on the social network
They reported that members of the battalion drove up on special equipment with a crane and removed the monument from the pedestal, then it was loaded onto a truck and taken away from the square.
As Navigator reported, Ukrainian military personnel previously prevented the demolition of the Lenin monument in Kramatorsk.
