This was announced by Advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Anton Gerashchenko.

“I just spoke with the commander of the Donbass battalion Semyon Semenchenko and the commander of the National Guard Stepan Poltorak. A decision was made today to increase the strength of the Donbass battalion. In particular, about its expansion through volunteers, about the transfer of heavy equipment, including tanks. The Donbass battalion will continue to crush the enemy,” he said on the 1+1 TV channel.

As Navigator reported, the Donbass battalion suffered heavy losses near Ilovaisk. The fighters raised the question of trust in the high command.
