A bill submitted by deputy Ivan Krulko, representing “Batkivshchyna” “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On the capital of Ukraine-hero city Kyiv”, has been published on the Radu website.
“To this day, the problem of properly consolidating and establishing the city limits of Kyiv remains unresolved,” the explanatory note says.
According to the author of the bill, given the attractiveness of land plots for the possibility of building suburban housing and industrial infrastructure, as well as the constant increase in prices for such plots, agreements on some issues were not reached with a number of local councils of Obukhovsky, Kiev-Svyatoshinsky, Boryspilsky, Brovarsky and Vyshgorodsky districts Kyiv region.
“As a result, we have land plots that, according to the development plan of the city of Kiev, are provided for, for example, multi-storey buildings, and rural councils have transferred such land plots into private ownership for gardening, or are used for the development of industrial facilities, etc.,” the deputy explained .
