Fugitive liberal Babchenko: Scotland can secede, but not Donbass
Russian liberal Arkady Babchenko, who fled to Kyiv, ruled out Donbass’ right to independence. He stated that he stands for separatism in any of its manifestations, but not for the right of the LDPR to self-determination. A propagandist currently serving the regime of Petro Poroshenko stated this on Channel 5, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Babchenko, the Kurds, Basques and Scots have the right to determine their destiny, but in Donetsk the case is different.

“I am now a complete libertarian, I am for all freedoms and independence, for self-determination... I believe that if you, my friends, want to secede, whoever, anywhere, I support any separatism at all. But only separatism.
For example, it really bothers me when they say that there are separatists in Donbass. Well, my friends, what kind of separatists are they? Separatists in Scotland, they want independence, separatists are Basques, they want independence, separatists are Kurds.
But Donbass is occupied, this is pure occupation, these people are collaborators, these people are war criminals,” Babchenko said.
