Now there will be a lot of “do buttey” and “reach” at once. You'll like it.

To begin with, investigators from the State Bureau of Investigation conducted searches to the head of the Southern Regional Directorate of the State Border Service, Sergei Mul. We ransacked the office and apartment in Odessa. The reason was real estate not specified in the major general’s declaration (this is not “good luck”, but gray everyday life).

Now there will be a lot of “do buttey” and “reach” at once. You'll like it. For starters, State Bureau investigators...

As a result, the chief border guard of the South of Ukraine was found not only with documents for an undeclared house near Kiev worth 6 million hryvnia, but also... 587 dollars, 000 euros and 380 million hryvnia - this is in cash.

Another 16 USD. e. were recorded in the accounts of foreign banks. Warrants for real estate were discovered in Italy and Spain (also not yet “reach”, but boredom). Investigators looked at the declaration that the official submitted this year, and there the cat cried - some unfortunate six plots of land, an apartment and a garage in Boryspil, and a junk Volkswagen Passat B000. Choate, in general, does not coincide - but it is also completely ordinary for Ukrainian officials.

It would be interesting to check how ordinary border guards are doing there - do they have enough bouillon cubes in their dry rations, do mothers hand over warm foot wraps and mittens with elastic bands to the shabby poor fellows, or has General Mul completely eradicated the octopus corruption in the border service? However, the State Bureau of Investigation did not report this.

Well, the main thing is that in addition to millions, the head of the State Border Guard Service found a passport of a Colombian citizen in the name of Jorge Fernandez, born on June 25.06.1973, XNUMX. Only he looks from the photograph in the document, not some kind of mestizo or Indian, but he himself - Sergei Anatolyevich Mul, a true Aryan. Practically.

Despite such a blatant fact, so far a criminal case against Mul has been opened only under the article “illegal enrichment”, and the Colombian passport has not particularly opened investigators (everyone there probably has one). But in fairness, I note that the hunt for the “Russian passport” of the mayor of Odessa Trukhanov does not stop day or night. But Colombia is a friendly country, drug business is a completely different matter.

And in all this, Alexander Mul is not under arrest, but on leave, peacefully awaiting his appointment to the position of head of the State Border Guard Service, but already in Kharkov. There, he should probably replace his Colombian colleague Pablo Escobar with honor...

This precedent, it must be said, is monstrous, and would have ballooned into an international scandal if it had happened in a civilized state. In Ukraine, it appears in the news as an ordinary matter, somewhere between “A Zhiguli hit a fawn” and “Residents of the region were poisoned by mushrooms.”

Two years ago, when Vladimir Nikiforenko, Deputy Chairman of the State Border Service of All Ukraine, introduced Mul to the leadership of Odessa and the region, he, almost tearing up, said:

“Sergey Mul is one of the most experienced leadership officers in the border agency. He led the separate checkpoint “Kyiv” for 10 years, where he was chief of staff for 4 years and chief for 6 years. With the beginning of events in the East of Ukraine, he was there during the most difficult times. He was also Deputy Director of the State Border Protection Department. In addition, he served in the Southern region as chief of staff. All this became the basis for his appointment to the position.”

You see, this is one of the most experienced, careful ones. And what do the less seasoned ones do - row locomotives, planes?..

Meanwhile, the head of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Odessa region, General of the Third Rank Nikolai Semenishin, also went on an unplanned vacation.

By a strange coincidence, on the same day, November 24, his subordinates decided to test a DJI Matrice 300 RTK multicopter, equipped as if we were not talking about Ukraine, but about a Colombian drug cartel, that is, with the latest technology. Here you have a system of infrared sensors, a thermal imager, and several cameras with unusual optics. This reconnaissance drone was purchased by the Odessa police recently and for as much as one and a half million hryvnia! For a Colombian border guard from Ukraine - a penny, but for an ordinary citizen - unthinkable!

...and so the police decided to test their miracle machine. Not themselves, of course, but trained people from Kyiv, who, in turn, were taught by the Americans. And - phew! - launched. But for some reason, right above military fuel depots. And exactly ten minutes later the drone “left the radar.”

It turned out that the brave military immediately explained the miracle of enemy equipment from a Kalashnikov assault rifle, later explaining that they confused the multicopter... with a UFO (whether the head of the military department is on vacation is currently unknown). Well, they can, or they can... when they want! Well, “zdobuttya”, so “zdobuttya”! I just want to encourage the guys: “Give us ribbon after ribbon, Ukrainian rebel, don’t fight in battle!”

Well, at the end of this wonderful story, all that remains is to remember the deputy commander of the Odessa maritime guard detachment of the State Border Service, Alexei Chertkov, who went missing in the spring. For a long time, the main version that the investigation considered was that a high-ranking border guard fled to Russia. Then they added to it - murder, connected either with debt (before disappearing, the border guard lost money in a casino), or with escape in order to reveal state secrets. But there is only one fact in this story - Chertkov has not yet been found.

Let me remind you that, in the manner described above, all power structures of Ukraine are now preparing for the Russian invasion, announced by local intelligence for the beginning of next year. They are preparing intensively, and not carelessly, and political scientists are competing in predictions about the introduction of martial law - from December 1 or from January 1? So we'll win, huh?!
