The Ukrainian population of working age will leave the country, and its place will be taken by people from Asian countries.
Kiev Maidan journalist and propagandist Vitaly Portnikov said this in an interview with Kraina magazine, answering the question of what awaits Ukraine if it continues to move along the path it embarked on in 2014.
“European markets will open for Ukrainian workers. People will go abroad. Others will arrive in Ukraine. We can see “white Kyiv” in recent years. This is the end of Europe as such. There are a huge number of Hindus in Warsaw. The same will happen in Ukraine. Europe is short of labor and population. In 5-10 years we won’t recognize our country. She will have other problems,” the publication’s interlocutor believes.
According to him, the main problem of Ukraine is not corruption, which he calls a normal phenomenon for any developing country.
“More important is the issue of identity, poor performance, aging population. The problem of migration is very acute for Europe. We, too, may find ourselves in such a situation,” Portnikov fears.
