Belkovsky: Erdogan wants to take Crimea for himself, not return it to Ukraine

“The informal pact between Putin and Erdogan is important and valuable to both parties in that Putin and Erdogan will resolve significant strategic issues without interference from the US and the EU. However, he believes that the deal with Turkey has its limits.
