Belarus voiced its claims against Russia
Russia must compensate Belarus for the consequences of the tax maneuver, reduce the price of gas and provide access to its market for Belarusian products.
The Belarusian Ambassador to Russia Vladimir Semashko stated this to the BelTA agency, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“These are priority tasks that we must solve within the framework of the existing agreements of both the Union State and the Eurasian Economic Union.
If we have a Union State, then gas prices should be close, and not that for us the price is twice as high as for the Smolensk region,” snapped Semashko.
Meanwhile, a meeting of the presidents of Russia and Belarus is scheduled for tomorrow on Valaam. Foreign Minister of Belarus Vladimir Makei expressed confidence that it will be meaningful.
