Belarus called on Zelensky to start negotiations with the LDPR

Ukraine must launch an intranational dialogue in the country and strictly implement the Minsk agreements. This is the only way to achieve a resolution to the conflict in Donbass.
This was stated by the representative of Belarus to the UN, Valentin Rybakov, speaking at the UN General Assembly, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“As an effective and, in fact, the only basis for resolving the crisis, we see an exclusively peace treaty, including, and perhaps primarily, internal Ukrainian dialogue, a cessation of violence, the prevention of armed clashes and compliance by the parties without any preconditions “Minsk agreements,” said Rybakov.
