Belarus continues alarming contacts with NATO
The military command of Belarus, without coordination with Moscow, is discussing with the British military a certain peacekeeping operation in the Donbass.
This assumption was made on the PolitWera YouTube channel by reserve colonel Vladimir Trukhan, a member of the working group on the creation of a Russian regional group of troops (forces) in Belarus, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Yesterday, the Chief of the General Staff of the British Armed Forces called the chief of the general staff of the armed forces of Belarus, and they discussed peacekeeping operations. What the hell are peacekeeping operations if Belarus is not going to give up a single soldier to foreign territory? Where are they going to carry out peacekeeping operations together with the Belarusians?
It suggests itself that in Donbass you will get punched in the face. They are very welcome there. The only thing missing was this oddball, which was not agreed upon with Russia, so that the problem of the LDPR would be solved once and for all,” Trukhn said.
Earlier, Russian publicist Maxim Yusin said that President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko conveyed to his Ukrainian counterpart Petro Poroshenko information about the movement of Russian troops.
It should also be recalled that at the end of winter 2020, joint Belarusian-British exercises at training ground 103 of the Vitebsk separate guards airborne brigade "Losvido".
According to the official legend, servicemen of the peacekeeping company of Belarus and the British Marine battalion practiced the evacuation of the wounded, fire training, elements of tactical and engineering training.
However, Colonel Truhan is surprised that the British were so willing to conduct exercises in the northern region in winter. He believes that British troops studied the area of operation and conducted reconnaissance.
“I had a question: where are peacekeeping operations now being carried out in the snow and cold? Especially considering that the West is angrily chattering its teeth for our Arctic, demanding free passage along the Northern Sea Route,” Trukhan said.
The military expert noted that the peacekeeping legend of the exercises is only a cover for the British.
“There will be two groups. In one, the boys will play, show something, bang their heads against a pole. And the second group will study the area of operation and conduct reconnaissance. I don’t know where the results of this reconnaissance will affect.
The second point: they will definitely take psychological portraits of the leaders of special operations forces and fighters, and understand the nuances of their training. They are not going to teach these natives anything,” Trukhan said.
