Belarus denied entry to Colonel Kvachkov
Retired Colonel of the GRU of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces Vladimir Kvachkov, who spent several years in a colony for preparing an armed rebellion, was deported from Belarus. He is banned from entering the country for 10 years.
Kvachkov himself announced this on the YouTube channel “Spetstelekanal”, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Kvachkov arrived in Minsk on April 9 to participate in the international scientific and practical conference “Rus - a united Fatherland”. It took place at the Republican Cultural and Educational Center for the Administration of the President of Belarus
“There was no talk of any amateur activity or semi-underground gathering. It was an official conference to which I was invited more than a month ago…. My participation in the conference did not contradict anyone or anything... Even before the start of the conference, I went to the administration of the President of Belarus and officially handed over an open letter to Alexander Lukashenko. 24 hours after that I was deported,” Kochetkov said.
He read out his letter to Lukashenko. It outlined proposals for improving the electoral system, which, according to the retired colonel, will guarantee “the preservation of socio-economic gains in Belarus” in the event of Lukashenko leaving power.
“I do not assess the event that happened. I still need to think about what happened,” Kvachkov concluded.
It is interesting that even before his arrival in Minsk, the leader of the Left Front, Sergei Udaltsov, said that the colonel and his wife were removed from the train in Vyazma.
“Outrageous news! My friend, a member of the Organizing Committee of the Opposition, Colonel Kvachkov and his wife were taken off the train in Vyazma and are being interrogated by investigators... Why the spouses were taken off the train and for what reason they are in the Investigative Committee - they still haven’t been told! The Left Front demands the immediate release of the patriots!” Uldtsov wrote on April 8.
Kvachkov himself did not say a word about this incident.
Thank you!
