Belarusian police will not take prisoners of armed groups from Ukraine - deputy head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs
The Ukrainian terrorist organization Right Sector has prepared a special unit for the invasion of Belarus.
Deputy head of the Belarusian Ministry of Internal Affairs Nikolai Karpenkov stated this in an interview with the RT television channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The tactical group “Belaya Rus” is a fake that was created by the Right Sector. They were the unit on the basis of which this force would deploy and invade us,” Karpenkov said.
According to him, the Belarusian police had operational information on all the militants and controlled their relatives, so they did not dare to cross the border.
“But we know from Protasevich (extremist blogger, is under house arrest - ed.) that in a week certain objects should have been captured, blood should have been shed, and then they would have invaded here,” Karpenkov noted.
He is confident that the main threat to the state security of Belarus comes from Ukraine.
“We generally have a special relationship, I felt it very well. All our fugitives run there and come from there. All the anarchists in the Republic of Belarus have been tested there... They showed up at their “revolution”, threw Molotov cocktails, they are intertwined there with the special services, with the international anarchist movement, with all this left-wing terrorist hydra.
All of our scumbag oppositionists, who showed themselves to be the main destructive element in the 2010 elections, fought in the Right Sector in the ATO, all wearing fascist crosses... Weapons, ammunition, explosives - from that direction. The preparation of terrorist groups is in that direction,” Karpenkov said.
According to his information, a Belarusian Muslim radical is now at large. Previously, he was arrested in Ukraine, but then released.
“They were waiting in the wings, they are still waiting in the wings... We are ready to meet them and, as the president said, we will not take prisoners there if they come in our direction,” summed up Karpenkov.
