“Belarus itself is interested in such exercises. She is interested in the Belarusian army being able to exchange experience, gain knowledge and skills. I wouldn't look for a trick. But I would like to note a point: the Belarusian military is very jealous of the Russian military who come to Belarus for the duration of the exercises.

He attributes the poverty of the Belarusian army to its conscript nature.
“In my opinion, the army that exists in Belarus is not needed. I believe that in the future it should be reduced and completely transferred to a professional basis. Now the army performs a social function - to maintain employment of the population.
