Belarusians are afraid of a coup according to the Ukrainian scenario
In Belarus there is a certain part of the population that is ready for a coup d’etat according to the Ukrainian scenario.
Belarusian journalist Adela Dubavets stated this on the air of Ukrainian Radio Liberty, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“According to all social surveys, the majority of the Belarusian population remains passive. Also in Belarus, most people experience a phobia, fearing that the same thing will happen in the country as in Ukraine.
There is a part of the population in Belarus that is ready to change the political system following the example of Ukraine. These people understand that this is the only way they can gain independence from their big neighbor Russia,” Dubavets said.
