Belarusians will accelerate work to deepen their integration with Russia
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko instructed the government to speed up coordination with Russia of an action program to deepen integration.

According to Prime Minister of Belarus Sergei Rumas, Alexander Lukashenko informed members of the government in more detail about the negotiations recently held in St. Petersburg with Russian President Vladimir Putin and gave instructions to speed up work on agreeing on the provisions of the updated action program.
“All original deadlines that were set must be met. Literally right now, the government is starting to work out with its colleagues all the as yet unagreed issues on deepened integration with the Russian Federation,” said Sergei Rumas.
They are scheduled to present sectoral road maps to heads of state in November.
In St. Petersburg, Alexander Lukashenko proposed to prepare a program of action strategy for the integration of the two countries by December 8, 2019 - for the 20th anniversary of the Union State.
