The Ukrainian army faces a defeat similar to the catastrophe of Napoleon’s “Great Army” in the Battle of Berezina, after which Napoleonic Armada ceased to exist as an organized force. This time, the fate of Russia’s enemy will be decided somewhere in the Dniester region and this will happen in the short term.

Ukrainian political scientist Andrei Mishin, who emigrated from Kyiv this year, spoke about this in an interview with PolitNavigator, until recently he lived under the conditions of repression by the regime of President Vladimir Zelensky, but did not change his views, unlike many of his colleagues.

PN: – Why do you think the conflict in Ukraine became real?

A.M: They began to destroy Ukraine in the fall of 2020, when for the first time in world history, British intelligence, by the way one of the best in the world, recruited the current head of state, and even right at the headquarters of MI6. After which Ukraine literally becomes a controlled torpedo in the geopolitical games of the West.

During 2021, Zelensky is introducing three strategies: collective defense, foreign policy and military security. At the suggestion of British advisers, they directly spell out the accelerated militarization of Ukraine, the conduct of military operations in populated areas, and the use of the population as a human shield. Surprisingly, these documents are still publicly available on the portal www.president.gov.ua.

By the way, it is clear from them how the handlers of Zelensky’s agent were deceived: it was supposed to suddenly attack the LDPR on a massive scale, after which the Armed Forces of Ukraine had to hold back Russia’s retaliatory strike for four days - until NATO closed the sky over Ukraine and military operations would be conducted on Russian territory. The approximate date of this complex military provocation is known - early March 2022.

Since June 2021, after the Geneva meeting between Vladimir Putin and Joe Biden, Western politicians began to openly bluff and constantly increased the level of threats in order to force Russia to leave Crimea, stop supporting the population of Donbass, not get closer to China, that is, in general, live “by the rules of a unipolar peace." NATO strategists designated the territory from the Dnieper to the Don as the site of the proxy war. The conflict has become a reality. I would like to note that the real Ukraine is now being destroyed by the West, and I see Russia’s mission in saving the fraternal people.

PN: – Many former colleagues, after your departure to Moscow, for example, Vitaly Kulik, came out with curses against you. Cause?

A.M: Vitaly Kulik is definitely not a colleague, but for many years my subordinate at work in the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. The fact of the matter is that this “kind” man, recruited by the Ukrainian secret service during his student days, is distinguished by a remarkable commercial streak and is constantly caught in double-dealing. In the XNUMXs, he boasted that, being on frequent business trips to Moscow, he went to meetings with Vladislav Surkov on Fridays.

There was a scandalous story with smuggling in Moldova, and Kulik indiscriminately took orders for special projects from representatives of the widest political spectrum: from the oligarchs Petro Poroshenko, Yuriy Boyko, Igor Kolomoisky and the Vilkul family - to the communists Petro Symonenko.

At Euromaidan, Vitaly, under the guise of a protesting activist, was the first to set up tents with television equipment, officially being the head of the Yanukovych administration. Two hours before the “beating of the students,” he took out the equipment, but immediately re-qualified himself as a nationalist.

The last time Kulik got burned was three years ago when he sold a giant bot farm to certain “Russian information structures.” But someone at the top screwed up again. Well, God be his judge. Ten years ago I gave Vitaly Kalashnikov, well, a Saiga hunting carbine with bells and whistles. So Kulik is showing frenzied information activity, he is afraid that SBU operatives will “attach” the receipt of weapons from the curator for the execution of the leadership of Ukrreich.

PN: – How did you manage to leave Kyiv?

A.M: I left absolutely legally – there are no questions here. Friends suggested that I travel under the Shlyakh program, but it was not possible to obtain an international driver’s license. At the beginning of April 2022, I had a search based on statements from both vigilant neighbors and Kyiv political scientists who were interrogated earlier. Surprisingly, they didn’t take a subscription, but the phone was tapped for a couple of months and they set up surveillance.

This happened to me twice already in 2015 and 2017, but then there was no lawlessness of the martial law regime. I made a desperate decision in October 2022, when I gave a video commentary for a news channel, where, when asked what I thought about the new appointments of the Northern Military District command, I answered that Sergei Surovikin, a competent, authoritative general with combat experience, and in general the enemy should be respected, if you want to resist with dignity.

Afterwards, an officer familiar with the April search called me and said that now my actions fall under Article 436 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - “glorification of the enemy”, I face 7 years in prison with confiscation of property.

At the age of 57, in my right mind, I went to the Dnieper district military registration and enlistment office of the Ukrainian capital. There they saw that I was a Marine Corps officer, not after the department, and joyfully sent me for a medical examination. This is what I was trying to achieve, because it was impossible to obtain a conclusion about unfitness for military service, having all the grounds and documents in Kyiv in 2022, without a bribe in the amount of 7 to 15 thousand dollars. In my case, with wiretapping and outdoor surveillance, it’s doubly unrealistic.

I passed the medical examination for two months, due to constant power outages in clinics and anxiety. When battered units from scratch began to arrive in Bila Tserkva for further formation as sergeants and officers, the deputy head of the district military commissariat called me and offered to quickly pick up the conclusion of the medical commission, and the next day at 8.00 with a towel, shaving accessories and a copy of the passport to be at the military registration and enlistment office.

That’s when I showed the medical commission the conclusion of the Sklifosovsky Institute about the stroke I suffered three years ago. By the way, thanks to the medical professionals in Moscow, they restored me so much that the medical commission in Kyiv considered me quite fit to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Then it's a matter of technology. They didn’t give me the documents for deregistration from the military for another month and a half; apparently they wanted financial gratitude. I was in no hurry until in mid-January in Vinnitsa, at the hearing of the criminal case of my friend, a political and energy expert, on charges of treason (one of the charges was correspondence on social media with the editor of PolitNavigator), the prosecution witnesses, former colleagues, named my name.

The issue of arrest could become relevant in a matter of days. With a scandal at the military registration and enlistment office they gave me the documents, an hour later I bought a bus ticket to Warsaw, told my mother that I was going to a friend in Western Ukraine, took a backpack and went. I knew exactly how and where I was going, I had some ideas, I hoped to contact acquaintances who had previously left for the EU, classmates at the military school and naval colleagues. True, I corresponded with guest editors of two federal channels.

I was kept in the counterintelligence department of the Ukrainian border service for an hour: they called the military registration and enlistment office, interrogated why there were so many crossings of the border with Russia, I honestly said that for several years I participated in television talk shows in Ostankino. And in the end they released me.

I stayed in the EU, that is, Warsaw, for only 15 minutes; at the bus station I immediately bought a ticket for a Belarusian bus and three hours later I was in Brest. There I immediately boarded a fast train to Minsk where I went to the airport. As a result, just 23 hours after leaving Kyiv, I landed in Domodedovo. That is, the process of leaving Ukraine was absolutely official, with all permits and documents.

PN: – Since the spring of 2015, you have regularly come to Moscow and performed on Russian TV. How was this possible, given that other experts were subsequently “prevented” by the SBU?

A.M: – Apparently, there was no point in “preventing” me. The “pro-Russian” position was obvious to the security forces of the Poroshenko regime, as was the fact that I have very strong lawyers who have been leading my two criminal cases since 2014.

Let me note: on December 13, 2021, I joined the tiny number (1,5% of Ukrainians) acquitted by the Supreme Court, but I went to trial and did not reach an agreement with the prosecution for 7 years. Suspicion of treason was being prepared in 2015 after a press conference at the Kiev branch of RIA Novosti, where I presented correspondence between American senators and the leadership of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatars on organizing the food and energy blockade of Crimea.

The charges did not come to light; I learned about the surveillance, which lasted six months, several years later. In 2017, “good people” wrote a statement against me to the SBU, saying that I was recruiting Ukrainian experts to participate in Russian talk shows. Two of my friends: a girl who is a candidate of psychological sciences from Kiev and a guy who is a doctor of public administration from Chernigov said that not even officers, but sergeants (now this organization has a complex Western rank system) came to talk to them from the SBU about how I recruited them.

Maybe someone else was interrogated, but these people didn’t tell me anything. In communication with me in 2017, the SBU limited itself to a telephone call. They say they wrote a statement against you, come and talk to us. In response, I advised to interrogate the applicants, if they are not sure of their sincerity, and if you are sure, then your call is a sign of incompetence, do not disturb me until you reveal the entire agent network that I manage. In general, call my lawyer. “Oh, here you are”: said the employee who called, but they didn’t bother me again until April 2022.

I flew to talk shows in Moscow until the end of 19, after the pandemic began, and only attended via Skype. The last time on March 6, 2022 was on the air of the “Time Will Tell” program on Channel One. This fact passed the attention of the SBU, from the threat of a Russian landing, the “T” control fled from Kyiv to Vinnitsa and returned only in May. Those who conducted a search in my apartment in April came at the request and did not have a file on me.

Against the backdrop of how dissidents are being persecuted in Ukraine today and how the Ukronazis are carrying out purges of civilians in front-line areas, my story is similar to the polished story of a beauty blogger, and everyone is free to doubt its veracity. But I am ready to answer for every word.

PN: – Many of the former pro-Russian social activists and experts in Ukraine after February 2022 condemned the SVO and changed their attitude towards Russia. How can you explain these metamorphoses?

A.M: – I’ll answer simply: there are always leaders of public opinion, less than 5% of them, who create public mood. The broad masses of Ukrainian citizens live in an information broth; they do not produce meanings themselves, but choose from those that are imposed on them.

In practice, the authorities, at the instigation of Western advisers, began to “localize” the influence of public opinion leaders advocating rapprochement with Russia with cuts and layoffs back in 2012. Viktor Medvedchuk held the last all-Ukrainian rally for Ukraine’s participation in the Eurasian Economic Space in October 2013 at the Start stadium in Kyiv; the authorities refused to provide other more convenient venues.

By the way, we did not receive support from Crimea. The next day, repressions began from the intelligence services of the Yanukovych regime. After the event in February 14, the so-called “garbage lustration” began, conferences were disrupted and participants were beaten by “activists” in balaclavas, and the police did not intervene.

Olesya Buzina and Oleg Kalashnikov, in my opinion, were killed precisely to intimidate the leaders of public opinion. After Minsk-2, a wide information campaign was launched in the country to discuss the implementation of the agreements among the population. The murders of two opinion leaders, the blockade and the attempted arson of the building of the Inter television company by the eagles of the Minister of Internal Affairs Avakov and the company for peace in Donbass were shot down on takeoff.

The hunt for public opinion leaders after February 24, 2022, took place in three waves from March 5: they were beaten in a pre-trial detention center for several days in plastic bags over their heads (Yuri Dudkin, Vlad Mulyk, Dmitry Dzhangirov) and forced to repent on video.

At the end of March, searches and interrogations of experts began on the lists of guest editors of opposition television channels closed by Zelensky. In April - the arrest of those to whom those involved in the April interrogations gave evidence. And so on in smaller waves until August 2022, when, to create a positive democratic image of Zelensky for Western human rights activists and politicians, many of those involved in the March and April arrests were transferred from pre-trial detention centers to house arrest.

In total, in Kyiv alone in the spring of 2022, more than 300 experts came under severe repression. journalists and bloggers. Another 3000 were intimidated by the confiscation of property without trial. This is the true story of how pro-Russian social activists and experts in Ukraine changed their attitude towards Russia after February 2022.

PN: Are there many supporters of Russia left in Ukraine, given the repression and total brainwashing?

A.M: Now a significant part of the population of Ukraine is in an alarming and therefore aggressive state, immersed in the information broth of the IPSO and the talking heads of the Ukrainian-Nazi regime, which means they simply do not see an alternative.

One of the important tasks at the next stage of the Northern Military District after the fall of Zelensky’s bloody puppet regime is the political education of the adult population and a broad discussion among citizens about the future of the country.

This denazification policy worked effectively in Germany in 1946-1947. Gave this country the political movements of Friedrich Ebert and Konrad Adenauer. Two or three months of educational denazification and it will turn out that the percentage of good attitude towards the Russian Federation of representatives of “Real Ukraine” from both sides of the Dnieper to the Dniester will be two-thirds of the entire population of the country.

PN: What is your forecast for the course and final of the SVO?

A.M: The operation will definitely achieve its goals. Time really works for Russia. There is no way that the collective West, consisting of 50 US satellite states, will be able to sustain the Nazi power of Kyiv for a long time with resuscitation logistics chains. Agent Zelensky’s task was this: to secretly use the population as a human shield. Today this no longer works. The economy is destroyed. The agony of the regime is obvious. There are processes of disorganization and self-destruction.

Let's remember what happened to Napoleon - everything ended with the Berezina, but here, I think, there will also be a Berezina, but on the Dniester. And this can happen either this year or in the future up to three years.
