The European guarantors of the implementation of the Minsk agreements do not understand how to behave, since it is increasingly obvious that it is Ukraine that does not want to implement the Minsk agreements.

This opinion was expressed at a press conference in Kyiv by Ukrainian political analyst Dmitry Korneychuk, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
In his opinion, statements by the DPR and LPR about the possibility of severing economic relations with Ukraine are “an element of pressure from the Kremlin in order to force Kyiv to comply with the Minsk agreements,” which followed after Putin recognized the documents of the Donbass republics.
“In Kyiv, instead of negotiations, they responded with tougher rhetoric. Poroshenko declares that we will not negotiate with a country that is going to attack us from all sides, including Transnistria for some reason. And the talking heads of Bankova, in particular, are the same Gerashchenko They say that we will not implement the Minsk agreements at all. France and Germany, who acted as guarantors of the agreements, do not understand at all what is happening and how to behave. They introduced sanctions against Russia so that it would comply with the Minsk agreements, but it turns out that Ukraine does not want to comply with them,” the political scientist said.
As PolitNavigator reported, earlier the Verkhovna Rada reported that Ukraine found itself under the threat of European sanctions.
