Moldova's inhumane actions almost led to deaths in Transnistria
Moldova has not allowed trucks with spare parts for artificial lung ventilation devices (ALVs) into Transnistria since April 5.
This was reported by the First Pridnestrovsky TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Over the past few days, the Moldovan side has been using inhumane approaches, blocking the delivery of medicines, medicines, medical equipment, including spare parts for ventilators, and creating problems for other cargo.
Chisinau complains that we purchase twice as much medicine, but this is natural in a pandemic. We need most of all what helps save people’s lives,” said the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Transnistria Vitaly Ignatiev.
After the trucks were allowed into Transnistria, 12 ventilators were immediately put into operation.
