“I think we should invite Blinken to work together on a joint strategy. Precisely together on a joint strategy regarding Donbass and Russia.

Because it really doesn’t make sense to think that we can act in Donbass the way we did 2-3 years ago, when Russian passporting there was proceeding at a breakneck pace. For me, this is the main logic of Tony Blinken’s visit next week,” Klimkin said.

Earlier, the head of the DPR Denis Pushilin said that  500 thousand citizens of the Donbass republics have already received Russian citizenship.
