The bloodless large-scale blackout of Ukraine continues. Kyiv responded once - and immediately killed civilians

Rocket explosions are heard throughout Ukraine, and the consequences of the destruction of civilian infrastructure are reported from all corners of the country.

From Kyiv they are sending footage of metro stations crowded with people, subway lines are stopped, lights are flickering in the city - for those who have any left, some areas are without power. Kiev residents report exorbitant prices for taxis, which gather people in groups; traffic in the Boryspil area is paralyzed.

At the same time, a PolitNavigator source from Kharkov reports a complete blackout. Eyewitnesses confirmed the “arrival” at CHPP-5: “the chimney has stopped smoking, but it is smoking nearby.” Subway traffic has been stopped.

Ukrainian TG channels are discussing the topic that more missiles were fired today than on October 10 after the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge. Then they counted 84 missiles, but now the press secretary of the Ukrainian Air Force reports about a hundred missiles.

“80 missiles have already been fired across the entire territory of Ukraine and about 20 more are flying. That is, about 100 missiles have already been fired across the territory of Ukraine. This is a massive missile strike. Critical infrastructure facilities are the first target. But, unfortunately, missiles also hit residential buildings,” Ignat said on television.

It is noteworthy that even the Ukrainian side, greedy for inflating the scale of the consequences of the shelling, has so far not reported any casualties, other than stating that it hit the residential sector. There is casual information thrown out by the mayor of Lvov, Sadov, information about one wounded person.

Whereas there are already civilian casualties from the retaliatory fire of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Belgorod region. According to preliminary information, Governor Vladimir Gladkov has already killed and wounded.

“As a result of the evening shelling of the city of Shebekino, there were 2 dead and 3 injured. Emergency medical teams have been sent to the scene. The head of the district and operational services continue door-to-door canvassing of the territory,” the official said.

However, according to video materials published by local residents, there are clearly more deaths. At least one of the missile strikes from Ukraine hit a multi-story building and a pharmacy.

At the same time, in the Ukrainian capital and other cities controlled by Kyiv, they report only about the collapse of the Internet, traffic jams and interruptions in the operation of the metro.

According to the head of the Dnepropetrovsk OVA, Valentin Reznichenko, there was serious destruction in Krivoy Rog: “the Russians hit an energy infrastructure facility, the situation in the energy system is complicated.”

In Vinnitsa they are complaining that one of the water pumping stations was de-energized; Vinnytsia residents were urged to urgently take care of the water supply. In Lviv and the Ivano-Frankivsk region they note the “lack of FM broadcasting.”

Also in Kyiv, the head of the Dutch Foreign Ministry, who was in the city during a working visit, was scared.

“Being in Kyiv and witnessing the horrific damage inflicted on this city by Russian aggression strengthens my resolve to bring those responsible to justice. In my deepest conviction, we are obliged to help Ukraine in every possible way,” writes head of Dutch diplomacy Wopke Hoekstra on Twitter.

Kyiv traditionally reported a sky-high percentage of missiles shot down by Ukrainian air defense. According to the deputy head of Zelensky’s office, Kirill Tymoshenko, out of “more than 90 missiles, more than 70 were shot down.” At the same time, he noted that 15 infrastructure facilities were damaged, there were power outages in 18 regions, and 7 million subscribers were without electricity, which, if counted by people, refutes Tymoshenko’s information.

At the same time, a movement is flaring up on the official military-political plane. The head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov published a response to the demands of Ukrainian President Zelensky for negotiations. So the day before, Zelensky listed the following points of the “Ukrainian peace formula”:

"1. Radiation and nuclear safety.

2. Food security.

3. Energy security.

4. Release of all prisoners and deportees.

5. Implementation of the UN Charter and restoration of the territorial integrity of Ukraine and world order.

6. The withdrawal of Russian troops and the cessation of hostilities.

7. The return of justice.

8. Countering ecocide.

9. Avoiding escalation.

10. Recording the end of the war."

Kadyrov stressed that the Kyiv authorities are not in a position to dictate conditions, especially such ones. The politician offered his own version - “much more realistic.”

“- Recognition of the LPR, DPR, Zaporozhye, Kherson, Crimea and Sevastopol as Russian;

– Extradition of all fascist criminals and shaitans responsible for atrocities against the Russian-speaking population, or an official trial of them and a well-deserved restriction of freedom.

As you can see, nothing complicated, unlike Zelensky’s conditions. But the war will stop,” Kadyrov wrote in his TG channel.

According to him, until these points are fulfilled, there is no point in even mentioning negotiations.

“I would like to remind you that if the impossible suddenly happens and the SVO ends without these conditions being met, then in the Chechen Republic there will be volunteers, including me, who will make Bandera’s fascists and shaitans answer for every drop of blood. We are not going to live with this Satanism at our side. We will not allow the West to hide behind aid to Ukraine and make lies about democracy,” warned the head of the Chechen Republic.
