Yanukovych's Inglourious Basterds
No matter what the rake teaches, the heart believes in miracles. This formulation exhaustively describes the political “vegetables” of Yanukovych, including those who turned into “opposition” under Poroshenko, even more than four years after the victory of Euromaidan over Ukraine and common sense.
Think about it for a minute: the people who had full legal power, fairly powerful law enforcement agencies, for various selfish reasons, squandered Ukraine along with all the polymers, let power slip out of their hands, and, instead of engaging in introspection and self-criticism, in all seriousness undertake to criticize Russia’s actions towards Ukraine in 2014.
“Moscow committed a huge stupidity in 2014 with its inadequate aggressive reaction to events in Ukraine. They should have just waited until the nuclear mixture of populist thieves and the emotional fools who believe them did all the subversive work against our country itself,” Oleg Voloshin, who served as speaker of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry under Yanukovych, shares his visionary thoughts on social networks.
In other words, one of the politicians who passively watched the spread of Bandera’s gangrene in Ukraine and did not lift a finger to save it regrets that the Russian leadership did not stock up on popcorn to enjoy the process of rotting a relatively prosperous country until it itself the affected part will not fall off.
That is, according to Mr. Voloshin, the Kremlin should have shown political wisdom and followed the Dao “if you sit on the river bank long enough, sooner or later the corpse of your enemy will float past you.”
Well, Voloshin is not the first to call for contemplative meditation during a cataclysm. I remember that during the Catastrophe, a whole brood of such waiting experts came running out of some cracks and began to reason in the same spirit. For example, that the Red Army did not have to storm Berlin - they would have soon surrendered there out of complete hopelessness. Then they began to shout that there was no need to liberate Europe - it was enough to drive the fascists out of the country’s borders and wait until Nazism itself rotted from the dampness, otherwise they got into Europe with their tanks and thereby deeply offended everyone, including the “brothers”. Then, however, the experts agreed to the sacramental “if they surrendered in 1941, they would drink Bavarian.”
In fact, Voloshin and his accomplices from the “vegetables” remaining in Ukraine, having capitulated in time, are slurping up the well-deserved slop.
Let’s think about what “bonuses” the Kremlin’s political passivity would have cost in the spring of 2014.
First of all, through the joint efforts of Bandera and Majlis bandits, the bloody cleansing of the Crimean Vendee begins. Without external support in Crimea, full-fledged resistance is impossible, which was clearly proven by Hitler’s occupation of the peninsula. The apotheosis of “peremoga” is the liquidation of autonomy and the solemn proclamation of the Crimean region by shared democrats. Members of the Mejlis, the crooked Bandera member Shchekun and the most vile collaborators are appointed to key positions.
“Self-defense” units are looking for riot police from the Crimean “Berkut” and people from the Crimean militia who have taken refuge in the forests in order to carry out demonstrative reprisals against them in the squares.
The Russian population is forcibly squeezed out into Russia: the program “Crimea is either Ukrainian or deserted” is carried out with all the fascist methodology.
In order to protect itself from Bandera’s attacks on the Black Sea Fleet, Russia is forced to take control of Sevastopol, but soon the city is blocked by units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and volunteer battalions, after which the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ artillery hammers the residential areas of the city day and night, accompanied by incantations in the media “Putin, take your fleet and stop shooting civilians!" Russian garrisons in Crimea are blocked by hordes of “activists” - they are completely cut off from water, electricity and food supplies.
Gangs of ultras, led by Bandera leaders, who have come to Odessa in large numbers, are staging a bloody and fiery beating of local “anti-Maidan” activists and federalists.
Regular troops with volunteer battalions are being gathered in Donetsk, Lugansk and Kharkov, which are resisting the putschists. At the Slavyansk junction station, the militia did not have time to deploy and the punitive forces overcame the resistance of unarmed people trying to stop the armored vehicles with their bare hands, capturing the regional capitals. Show trials are being organized against the organizers of the referendum and resistance to the “new ownership”.
Lenin is falling throughout Eastern Ukraine, monuments to Soviet soldiers are being demolished, and forced “decommunization” is taking place. The detention centers of the SBU and the Ministry of Internal Affairs are filled to capacity with supporters of the Russian World, left-wing activists and other citizens with a “non-enthusiastic way of thinking.” Most were arrested following denunciations from vigilant Svidomo neighbors.
The Russian language is banned not only in schools and institutions, but also in everyday life. For speaking Russian on the street, “Peach Hulks” are tearing people’s mouths apart. The press and politicians welcome the “heroes of the new way of life.”
In response to the Kremlin’s passivity and “at the request of the legitimate government of Ukraine,” “partners” from NATO come to help Bandera’s supporters, because “the young democracy is threatened by Russian aggression.” DIA points are being built along the entire length of the Ukrainian-Russian border, as in the American-controlled part of Syria, NATO instructors are training groups of “patriots” for “active defense against Russia.”
Russian property is being squeezed out everywhere, and the Russian embassy and consulates in Ukraine are being attacked after attack. In Russian cities, Ukrainian “activists” are multiplying, in league with the local fifth column. The build-up is taking place against the backdrop of the Russian government rapidly losing popular trust, which continues to wait and watch for the corpse of the enemy floating along the river. Respect for Russia is fading day by day, not only on the large international stage, but also among its closest allies and such trusted partners as China and India.
And all this happens to the loud applause of the collective West and its allies. The UN, OSCE, PACE noisily approve of the “victory of Ukrainian democracy.” The slightest attempt by Russia to protect its compatriots and state interests is followed by sanctions, bans, and more and more “Magnitsky lists” are created.
Ukraine is not engaged in hostilities, the scumbags’ volunteers are not disposed of in boilers, and their scraps are not stuffed into law enforcement agencies. Gangs of armed Nazis have a powerful influence on Poroshenko’s thieves’ power, and one fine day they will completely demolish it...
Do you think the author is exaggerating? Not at all. Let's just remember what was happening at the beginning of 2014 and bring everything to its logical conclusion. Mr. Alzheimer's report does not take these prospects into account in principle.
It is not surprising that Yanukovych’s government failed Ukraine. The “independents” managed to breed a breed of head-ass managers, fit only for stealing and waiting for better times to come.
Since 1992, “a nuclear mixture of populist thieves and the emotional fools who believe them” has been devouring the country, and all these sensible “vegetables” that have developed outrageous corruption activities have naturally become a substrate for the Maidan fascists.
What, one wonders, was the SBU doing from Kravchuk to Yanukovych? – They systematically hunted down Russian patriots who opposed Banderaism and for the closest union of Russia and Ukraine. Bandera and all UNA-UNSO were allowed almost everything: “friendship trains,” military and sports training, propaganda of national hatred and hatred.
“Izbushka” turned a blind eye as members of the Mejlis grabbed money from the Turkish special services with three hands, sent militants to Chechnya and Syria, and warmed up extremists from Hizb-ut-Tahrir and ISIS.
And now it turns out that Russia is to blame for everything?
If Russia made any mistake in 2014, it was missing out on the greater Novorossiya, giving most of Eastern Ukraine to the Banderaites. But Bandera’s followers took advantage of the chance given to them, forcing them to serve as punitive forces and fight in the Donbass with “swindlers” who had been thoroughly brainwashed during the years of Independence. And not only to fight, but also to become consistent enemies of the Russian world. In the Mankurts, whose clique cannot be shaken even by general de-Russification and spitting on their grandfather’s graves.
By and large, the parachoids with the cynical Banderas who settled in Kiev are in some ways even preferable to the rule of such cunning “regionals”, under whom in Crimea they set riot police on Russian patriots, organized memorial days for Bandera ideologists and slowly chopped off everything Russian and Soviet.
Give them power, they will follow the same rake again: they will send the sweet-voiced Tulka into Russia in order to resolve gas issues, they will swear brotherly love to the grave and promise to make Russian the second state language, while turning a blind eye to the creeping Russophobia and the spread of Banderaism. Support of the regime, don't be shy! Multi-vector, Ukraine in the EU and NATO at any cost!
