Immortal saw the pinnacle of fascist law in Ukraine
The monopoly of Vladimir Zelensky’s party, which, without discussion and taking into account criticism, churns out decisions needed by the regime in the Verkhovna Rada, can lead to an explosion in Ukrainian society.
The former representative of Ukraine at the negotiations in Minsk, diplomat Roman Bessmertny, said this on the air of the Direct TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
A former high-ranking Ukrainian official compared the actions of the current government with the fascist regimes of Europe of the last century.
“Parliaments exist to play the role of a teapot. That is, it is boiling there, the discussion is heated - this lowers the temperature of society. If there is no discussion in parliament, if this temperature is not removed, the time will come when society will explode, because the discussion will transfer to society. There are some very interesting symptoms that, in my opinion, are of a very dangerous nature.
The imperative mandate, which is the pinnacle of so-called corporate or fascist law. This imperative mandate was applied in Italy during the Mussolini regime and in Spain during the Franco period. Hitler tried to use it, but even this was not given to him in Germany. The risk is very dangerous. What I see, I see that this periodically emerges in the history of Ukraine, and will have tragic consequences in principle for Ukrainian parliamentarism and for democracy as a mechanism,” said Bessmertny.
Immortal previously stated that if Vladimir Zelensky does not stop and stop concentrating power in his hands contrary to the provisions of the laws and the Constitution, Ukraine will face a new, bloody Maidan.
