Immortal blurted out: Clowns without authority went to Minsk for negotiations on Donbass
In all previous years, members of the Ukrainian delegation participating in the negotiations on Donbass in Minsk did not have the authority to make independent decisions, directives and an analytical team.
Such a confession about the painful situation was made by the former representative of Ukraine in Minsk, Roman Bessmertny, on air on the 1+1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“This group has worked and continues to work on a volunteer basis. Therefore, I propose to immediately create a joint group in the NSDC secretariat, in the administration, in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, either separately or together, that would provide support for the work of the delegation working in Minsk.
The authorized representative needs to be granted decision-making rights by decree and issue directives, because he does not have such directives at this time.
Obviously, this should include strategic and tactical tasks. Coordination of actions must be ensured between the head of the delegation, the General Staff, three ministries and departments, which does not exist and has not happened over the years...
The Normandy format is a protocol event. What is the Normandy process? This is the work of state leaders, the work of prime ministers, ministers, deputies or so-called political directors.
I want to tell you that from an organizational, analytical, informational point of view in the Minsk process we look either ignorant, or simply people who do not understand the situation.
Therefore, it seems that that side may have objective claims,” Bessmertny said.
Thank you!
